Blind Spot Audit (“Blind Spot Audit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates blindspotaudit.com and the audit tools, checklists, and related services available on this site (together, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Who we are

Blind Spot Audit provides four scored business-diagnostic audits — USP & Competitive Positioning, Strategic Marketing, Sales Force, and Client Base & Customer Value — along with a free “Blind Spot Checklist” and an optional paid video review of your results. This Policy covers the information we collect through blindspotaudit.com and these services.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

  • Your email address, when you download the free Blind Spot Checklist or sign up for updates.
  • Your name, email address, and business details, when you purchase or complete one of the four paid audits or the bundled Full Analysis.
  • Your answers to audit questions, which may include information about your business, marketing, sales process, and customers.
  • Payment information, when you make a purchase (see “Payment information” below).
  • Materials you submit for the optional $120 video review — such as links, screenshots, or documents about your business — and any messages you send us.

Information collected automatically

  • Standard technical data (IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page) collected when you browse the site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, described in the Cookies section below.

Payment information

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or bank account details on our own servers — that information is handled directly by our payment processor under its own privacy and security practices.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the audits, checklist, and video reviews you request.
  • Score your answers and generate your results and priority recommendations.
  • Process payments and send order confirmations and receipts.
  • Send the free checklist, your audit results, and — if you opt in — occasional emails about Blind Spot Audit.
  • Respond to questions and provide support.
  • Maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your individual audit answers to advertise to other businesses.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly, remember basic preferences, and understand in general terms how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.

5. How we share your information

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

  • With service providers who host the site, process payments, deliver emails, or provide the human video review — and who are only permitted to use your information to provide that service to us.
  • If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Blind Spot Audit, our users, or others.
  • If Blind Spot Audit is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain business and legal records, and comply with our legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your data (see “Your rights and choices” below), we will do so unless we’re required to keep it for legal, accounting, or security reasons.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time (every email we send includes an unsubscribe link).

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@blindspotaudit.com. We’ll respond as soon as we reasonably can.

8. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data appropriately for the type of information involved.

9. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International users

Blind Spot Audit may process and store information in countries other than the one you live in. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations, which may have different data protection laws than your own.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email or through a notice on the site. Please check back periodically.
